      <description>NAVAL BASE GUAM (Dec. 17, 2024) - A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to officially reopen the renovated playground at Harbor View Housing on U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG) Dec. 17. 
Capt. John Frye, NBG commanding officer, was joined by NBG Housing, Joint Region Marianas, and Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas staff. 
The playground was taken offline as part of an upgrade plan to replace and revitalize the parks for the safety of the children and families that utilize them.&lt;br /&gt;
