Vice Admiral Scott Gray

Vice Adm. Christopher “Scotty” Gray is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. He briefly served as an investment banker before receiving his commission in June 1989 through the Aviation Officer Candidate Program. He was subsequently designated an E-2C Naval Flight Officer in June 1990.

Mr. Timothy K. Bridges

Executive Director

Timothy K. Bridges currently serves as Executive Director for Navy Installations Command, where he is the senior civilian responsible for policy, strategy, governance and business management oversight for Navy Shore support at 70 installations and 10 regions worldwide. He leads efforts to develop Navy-wide Shore investment strategy, long-term planning, resource programming and business management for the most efficient and effective delivery of shore support services to sustain and improve current and future fleet readiness and mission execution.

Captain David Dees is a native of Westlake, Ohio, and a 1997 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a 2005 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a 2008 graduate of the United States Naval War College where he graduated with distinction with a Masters of Arts in National Security and Strategies Studies
