The Natural Resources (NR) divisions within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command support the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) promotion of environmental education, outreach and awareness for military families, civilians, contractors to the government, and the public as detailed in the JRM Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan (INRMP).
